Job summary

Stryker seeks a Coupa Operations Senior Manager (Remote) to lead a global, hybrid indirect procurement team supporting P2P processes. You will optimize Coupa modules, deliver user support, and partner with finance, master data and IT to drive adoption and value realization.

Applicants should have 10+ years of leadership experience, deep Coupa P2P knowledge, and strong analytics (Power BI, Excel). This remote US role requires travel and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in P2P operations and Coupa modules.
• Strong understanding of P2P integrations with SAP and related functions.
• 10+ years of leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa Admin and operations shared service center teams across countries.
• Drive adoption, solution issues and continuous evolution of the Coupa P2P value proposition.
• Measure performance, drive process improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders across divisions to deliver users’ value and analytics.
