Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Operations Instructor for the JCITA program in the NCR/CONUS corridor. This role focuses on Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and certification development, delivering demanding classroom sessions and field exercises.

Expect travel up to 10% and weekend duties as part of mission readiness. Candidates must hold TS/SCI with poly or be able to obtain it, with 7+ years in OFCO instruction, and graduate from AFCIOC or equivalent training and

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Seven years of OFCO instruction or supervision experience.
• Expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and TTPs.
• Graduate of AFCIOC or AFCITC or legacy training courses offered by Military Departments.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support (AFCIOC) instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officers per DoDI-S5240.09.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises (8+ hours daily, weekends, travel within NCR/CONUS).
• Provide CI subject matter expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.
• Use blended learning: eLearning, lectures, discussions, team exercises, case studies, role plays and demonstrations.
