Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09.
• TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Graduate of JCITA in the field you will be instructing.
• Willing to relocate or live within commutable distance to Quantico, VA

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, Counterintelligence Instruction
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for the course you will instruct
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS
• Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship
• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
