Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking an Expert- Level Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Instructor to lead a specialized AFCIOC program for our Government Client in Quantico, VA. The role requires extensive OFCO experience, advanced CI credentials, and the ability to teach to USD(I&S) standards in a demanding environment.

The instructor will conduct classroom and practical sessions, travel within the NCR and CONUS, and demonstrate mastery of threat-country FIE methodologies and TTPs.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of demonstrated OFCO experience.
• Instructors must have completed approved CI credentialing school and AFCIOC or legacy DoD training courses.
• Experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a course meeting USD(I&S) mandated training requirements for Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officer.
• Plan, develop, and execute OFCOs in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09.
• Deliver classroom and practical exercises, including long days and after-hours work, with travel inside NCR and CONUS.
