Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced JCITA Instructor to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's CI training program at Quantico, VA. The role involves delivering world-class counterintelligence instruction, planning and executing course certifications, and assessing student performance during long field exercises.

Candidates must have 5+ years of CI instruction experience, hold TS/SCI with poly (or able to obtain), be JCITA graduate in the field taught, and be willing to relocate within commutable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09.
• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Graduate of JCITA in the field you will be instructing.
• Willing to relocate or live within commutable distance to Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class Counterintelligence instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for the course you will instruct.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8 hours a day, including weekends, with travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship.
• Employ blended learning techniques including eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations.
