Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Counterintelligence Operations Instructor at Senior Level to lead Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) training.

You will plan, develop, and execute certification programs for OFCO Case Officers, and deliver both classroom and field-based instruction, including travel within the NCR and CONUS. The role requires TS/SCI with poly, seven years of OFCO instruction or supervision experience, and deep knowledge of global intelligence methods.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/Poly required or ability to obtain poly.
• 7+ years of demonstrated OFCO instruction or supervision experience.
• Expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for OFCO Case Officers per DoD guidance.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises, including weekends and travel within the NCR/CONUS.
• Provide SME support for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO.
• Employ blended learning using lectures, e-learning, discussions, team exercises, and case studies.
