Job summary

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Seven years of experience instructing or supervising OFCO per DoDI-S5240.09.
• Expert knowledge of threat country FIE methodologies, TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class AFCIOC instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute OFCO training certification per DoD guidance.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction; assess student performance in field exercises; travel within NCR/CONUS.
• Provide SME support for course development and mentorship in OFCO for CI.
• Use blended learning: eLearning, lectures, discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations.
