Qualifications

• Over 20 years in defense operations and program management.
• 6+ years developing growth strategies for defense programs.
• Deep knowledge of defense product development, from inception to fielding, including finances, materials and onboarding.
• Expertise with DOTMLPF, MDMP, JCIDS and related program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design and integration of Counter Unmanned Systems for U.S. military missions.
• Plan, manage and deliver complex programs from design to implementation.
• Coordinate schedules, monitor budgets and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
