Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Counter Unmanned Aircraft System Staff Officer to support the U.S. Army in countering UAS threats.

You will lead as a subject matter expert on C-UAS capabilities, assist in identifying capability gaps, and prepare guidance and training requirements to close gaps in force protection. You are a seasoned military officer or senior NCO with broad staff experience, a security clearance, and a background in air defense or electronic warfare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with the U.S. military as a senior NCO or Officer.
• 2+ years of experience working on air defense, electronic warfare, or C-UAS programs or activities.
• Experience serving on a Brigade or higher-level staff.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of a Senior NCO or Captains Career Course.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on C-UAS capabilities and associated processes.
• Analyze capability gaps and prepare recommendations to close gaps for force protection.
• Assist the Army client with training requirements and related documents.
• Produce reports, briefings, and information papers for the client.
