• 2+ years supporting counter-UxS acquisition, policy, sustainment, or resourcing efforts.
• Experience developing and routing formal directives, issuances, or congressional responses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, understand client needs, and shape solutions with team capabilities.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (already stated).

Responsibilities

• Advise on defense missions and acquisition to influence policy and defense decisions.
• Assess technical capabilities, readiness, and doctrine for counter-UxS (c-UAS).
• Develop reporting tools to monitor c-UxS capabilities against evolving threats.
• Engage with senior leaders in portfolio management and support executive engagements.
