Job summary

ICR, Inc. in Mason, OH seeks a Systems/I&T Engineer to support a complex Counter‑UAS system, focusing on hardware, system integration, and RF/IT/DSP elements.

The engineer will work with customers directly, handle limited inputs, and identify evolving threats through research and collaboration with the Counter‑UAS ecosystem. The role requires cross‑disciplinary coordination and hands-on hardware experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Serve as primary customer interface for requirements discovery, design reviews, training events, and system support activities.
• Maintain accurate system documentation including diagrams, test procedures, BOMs, and installation manuals.
• Perform RF path analysis and basic RF measurements to verify system performance.
• Work with hardware including antennas, RF front-end filters/amplifiers, antenna positioners, HVAC, enterprise servers, UPS, switches/routers/firewalls, and SDRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing system support and field trouble-shooting.
• Drive system availability through planning, maintenance, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Refine a roadmap to improve performance, reliability, and responsiveness within budget.
