Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Defense Mission Expert to lead and integrate Counter Unmanned Systems initiatives for U.S. military clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, advance mission-ready technologies, and manage complex programs from design to implementation.

You will serve as a senior member of the Warfighter Technology team, coordinating with leadership to ensure value, accountability, and risk management while engaging with customers and stakeholders at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of operations and program management experience in defense or military.
• Knowledge of DOTMLPF, MDMP, JCIDS and related planning processes.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Counter Unmanned Systems program portfolio as CUxS SME and Warfighter Technology team member.
• Guide cross-functional teams in cyber, digital, engineering, science, and analytics on defense projects.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and contract deliverables with clients and leadership.
