Qualifications

• Must have 4–8 years as a lawyer with expertise in commercial contracting and related areas.
• Graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to state bar.
• Experience handling technology and IP matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate a broad range of technology and services procurement agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, DPA) for MSO businesses.
• Advise clients on tech, IP, and data analytics regulatory issues; draft and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements.
• Lead and manage legal projects with minimal supervision; coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
