Job summary

Cencora, within its Legal Department, seeks a Senior Counsel to provide business-oriented, efficient legal services and strategic counseling on technology, health, and IP matters. You will negotiate software licenses, data agreements, and various SaaS contracts while managing multiple complex projects.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, a JD, and bar admission, with the ability to deliver practical legal solutions and counsel across business teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial contracting, health law, technology law, or IP.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Ability to provide business-oriented, strategic legal counsel and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate a wide range of technology and services procurement deals (MSO) including MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, DPA, and data security requirements.
• Advise clients on complex regulatory issues in tech solutions, IP, and data analytics.
• Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements and manage legal projects with minimal supervision.
