Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide business-focused legal services within its Legal Department.

The role centers on negotiating technology and services contracts for the MSO businesses, including software licensing, cloud agreements, and data processing agreements. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience in commercial contracting, health and technology law, and IP, with strong negotiation, leadership, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in commercial contracting, health law, technology law, or IP.
• Law Degree from an accredited law school and state bar admission.
• Ability to provide business-focused, legally compliant advice on contracts.
• Experience supervising outside counsel and managing legal projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate technology and services procurement deals across MSO businesses.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, License Agreements, SaaS and Data Processing Agreements.
• Advise clients on regulatory issues in technology, IP, and data analytics.
• Manage multiple matters with minimal supervision and project-manage contracts.
