Cencora, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel to provide business-oriented, effective legal services across technology and commercial contracting, with a focus on retina health within the MSO ecosystem.

The role requires strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills, with experience in regulatory matters and intellectual property. The attorney will guide clients, manage outside counsel, and help shape strategic decisions for the organization.

Formación

• Must have a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer with expertise in commercial contracting, health law, technology law, or intellectual property.
• Sufficient expertise to provide effective counsel to clients.
• Law Degree from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate a wide range of technology and services procurement deals (MSO, retina health focus) including software licensing, data licensing, SaaS and cloud, data processing agreements, and information security requirements.
• Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues in technology solutions, IP, and data analytics.
• Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements and deliver effective legal services to clients.
• Demonstrate project management skills and handle multiple matters with minimal supervision.
• Represent Cencora and client groups in customary business contracts and negotiations.
• Provide legally compliant, business-oriented recommendations and maintain knowledge of industry policies.
