Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel in Texas to deliver business-oriented legal services across technology, health law and intellectual property. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of vendor and technology agreements and advise MSO procurement and IT teams on complex regulatory and contractual issues.

The role requires 4–8 years of legal experience, a law degree, bar admission, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer with expertise in commercial contracting, health law, technology law or IP.
• Graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Provide business-oriented, effective and efficient legal services and strategic counseling.
• Lead and manage legal projects and coordinate with MSO, procurement and IT teams.
• Supervise outside counsel as needed for matters in your practice area.
• Advise clients on regulatory issues and complex legal trends.
• Build knowledge of Cencora’s businesses and industry policies.
