Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel to deliver business-oriented legal services, manage complex contracting, and provide strategic counseling on technology, health and IP matters.

The role involves drafting and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements with MSO teams and outside counsel as needed. You will advise on regulatory issues, lead projects, and help shape policy and risk management while collaborating with procurement and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited school and state bar admission.
• 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial contracting, health or tech law, IP.
• Ability to draft and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements.
• Strong project management and client counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues in technology, IP and data analytics.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage project delivery with procurement and IT teams.
• Build knowledge of Cencora’s businesses and policies; communicate clearly with clients.
