Andersen Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel - Technology, Digital Innovation & Strategic Sourcing to lead legal counsel across AI, data, privacy, cybersecurity, and sourcing for the enterprise.

You will lead a team of lawyers, collaborate with Tech & Data and Strategic Sourcing, shape policies, manage outside counsel, and drive risk-aware, compliant digital initiatives that support responsible innovation across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, technology, data, and strategic sourcing matters.
• Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data governance, digital platforms, software development and deployment, cloud services, technology implementation, and the use of data.
• Drive responsible digital innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize legal, sourcing, and business processes, enabling practical adoption of emerging technologies and digital capabilities, and guiding governance and risk assessment.
