Job summary
Andersen Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel - Technology, Digital Innovation & Strategic Sourcing to serve as a senior legal leader across the enterprise. You will provide counsel on technology, data, privacy, cybersecurity, and contracting, leading negotiations and guiding cross-functional teams.
You will manage a small team of lawyers, balance business and risk, develop scalable policies and templates, and partner with Tech & Data and Strategic Sourcing to advance responsible
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Substantial experience advising on technology, data, and strategic sourcing matters.
- Expertise in technology transactions and data-related legal issues, including AI.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, technology, data, and strategic sourcing matters enterprise-wide.
- Advise on policies regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, data governance, and cloud services.
- Lead complex negotiations and cross-functional legal matters; manage outside counsel.
- Develop and maintain policies, templates, playbooks, and governance for technology and sourcing.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Coach and develop a team; ensure disciplined execution and high-quality legal service.
