Andersen Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel - Technology, Digital Innovation & Strategic Sourcing to serve as a senior legal leader across the enterprise. You will counsel on technology, data, AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and contracting, lead a small legal team, and manage outside counsel.

You will shape policies, drive responsible innovation, and support major sourcing initiatives with risk-aware strategies. This role requires a JD, US licensure, and extensive experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience advising on technology, data, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with technology transactions, data governance, AI, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal advisor for AI, technology, data and strategic sourcing matters enterprise-wide.
• Shape policies on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, governance, digital platforms and SaaS.
• Drive digital innovation while balancing risk, governance and business needs.
• Lead negotiations of complex technology, data and services agreements.
• Provide strategic legal support for major sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
• Develop scalable policies, playbooks, and training for technology and sourcing matters.
