Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience advising on technology, data, and strategic sourcing matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, technology, data, and strategic sourcing matters across the enterprise, providing practical, risk-based counsel to leaders and business teams.
• Lead and manage a team of lawyers and support staff; supervise outside counsel; drive governance and process improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, templates, playbooks, and training for technology, data, privacy, cybersecurity, and sourcing.
