Job summary

Forward Financing LLC is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead Structured Finance, Commercial & Corporate Law, and Legal Operations. You will negotiate debt facilities, warehouse lines of credit, and asset-backed securitizations; draft and negotiate contracts; oversee governance and financing documentation.

You will mentor a team of corporate attorneys, manage outside counsel, build scalable processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• Experience negotiating debt facilities, warehouse lines, and securitizations.
• Strong governance and contract management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and execution of complex debt facilities and asset-backed securitizations.
• Draft and negotiate enterprise contracts, vendor and broker/ISO agreements.
• Manage and mentor a team of corporate and commercial attorneys; oversee outside counsel.
