Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate General Counsel to support Sales and Business Units.

The role is onsite in Boise, Idaho, or San Jose, California, and involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and leading cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will advise on domestic and international customer engagements, partner with business leaders, and help manage risk across geographies while developing trainings for teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar in good standing.
• 6+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience handling quality requirements, geographies, and strategic risk.
• Executive presence and ability to partner with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business teams in achieving goals and maintaining customer relationships.
• Review, negotiate, and prepare commercial contracts and related documents for Micron's products and marketing.
• Assist with planning of new product initiatives and growth opportunities across markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, quality, and security teams on operational and risk issues.
• Provide proactive legal support on emerging regulatory and transactional challenges in product sales.
• Develop trainings for Business Units, Sales, and internal partners on key legal topics.
