Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a current bar admission in good standing.
• Located within reasonable distance from San Jose or Boise, or willing to relocate.
• 6+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements across geographies.
• Experience defining and reviewing quality requirements, agreements, and claims with business awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business teams in achieving strategic goals.
• Review, negotiate, and prepare commercial contracts including product and sale agreements.
• Assist with planning and development of new product initiatives and market opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, quality, and security.
• Provide proactive legal support and develop trainings on key topics for business units.
