Relativity is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to drive the drafting, review, and negotiation of software, SaaS, cloud services and AI-related commercial agreements. You will work across Sales, Partner, Customer Success, Security, Finance, Procurement and other teams to support growth and manage legal risk.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience negotiating technology transactions and complex commercial contracts.
Ability to advise on AI, cloud, and software licensing matters.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, AI offerings and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance to deliver timely agreements.
Provide legal advice and business counsel on commercial and operational issues.
Manage a high volume of contracts and respond to stakeholder questions.
Identify issues early and propose process improvements for efficiency.
