Cor Partners is seeking a mid-level in-house counsel for the Enterprise Legal Team to partner on professional liability, litigation management, and risk mitigation across four sister companies. You will manage litigation, subpoena responses, and coordination with external counsel while guiding governance and consistency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar in good standing.
• 10+ years in insurance services, claims handling, TPA, and/or expert services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee active and pending litigation, coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Manage subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and document requests.
• Provide proactive legal guidance on professional liability exposures and risk strategies.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts across business and functional areas.
• Support enterprise-wide legal and compliance processes and trainings.
