Veeam Software, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Counsel, Product & Privacy to partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and business teams. You will advise on enterprise software, cloud services, licensing, IP, and privacy compliance across global products and AI initiatives.

You will translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance, shape product governance, and help build scalable processes while navigating global regulatory changes.

Formación

• Provides legal counsel on technology products, software development, and regulatory matters.
• Extensive experience with privacy laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.
• Able to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to Product, Engineering, Security, and business teams across the product lifecycle.
• Identify legal/regulatory requirements for products and implement practical risk mitigation.
• Advise on licensing, IP, open-source, data protection, and third-party integrations.
• Incorporate privacy-by-design principles into product development and business initiatives.
• Provide guidance on global privacy laws, data transfers, DPIAs, and data processing arrangements.
