Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience including 4+ years in product legal at a software company.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS business practices.
• Experienced in advising on regulatory aspects of software development.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with EPD teams on product initiatives balancing risk and trust.
• Identify and resolve legal issues related to privacy, data security, AI.
• Translate laws and market expectations into actionable guidance.
