You will guide products from experimentation through launch, draft and negotiate licenses, and develop AI governance guardrails while building tools that embed legal guidance in business processes.

Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 6+ years in legal roles advising technology companies.
• Experience counseling product and engineering teams through development and launch.
• Experience drafting technology and commercial agreements including licensing.
• Ability to translate architecture and data flows into contract terms.
• Experience creating reusable agreements and negotiation guidance.
• Strong knowledge of IP, privacy, Open Source licensing, and consumer protection.
• Strong AI and platform tech fluency.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve legal workflows.
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance on AI and platform capabilities.
• Draft and negotiate technology licensing and other agreements.
• Develop positions on AI and platform issues with stakeholders.
• Partner to deploy AI-tools across the global workforce.
• Translate emerging legal developments into actionable guidance.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled tools embedding legal guidance.
