Intuit is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for Platform/AI to partner with product, engineering, data science, and business teams globally. You will guide AI-enabled products from experimentation to launch and lead technology transactions that power customer experiences at scale.

Collaborating across Legal, Security, and Government Affairs, you will translate complex issues into practical guidance, build AI tools to automate workflows, and embed legal considerations into developer processes.

Qualifications

• JD and bar in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience advising technology companies.
• Experience counseling product and engineering teams through development and launch.
• Experience drafting technology and commercial agreements, including licensing and platform arrangements.
• Ability to translate product architecture and data flows into clear contract terms.

• Provide practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle on AI, emerging technologies, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and negotiate technology licensing and platform agreements.
• Develop positions on AI and platform issues with clear guidance and guardrails.
