Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel – Platform/AI to partner with product, engineering, and data science teams globally. You will guide AI-enabled product development, lead technology transactions, and embed legal guidance into scalable customer experiences.

You will work across Legal, Security, and Government Affairs to translate complex AI questions into practical guidance, build automation, and drive velocity with sound judgment and curiosity.

Formación

• Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of experience advising technology companies.
• Experience guiding product/engineering teams through development and launch.
• Ability to translate architecture, data flows, and business goals into clear terms.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical legal guidance on AI/emerging tech across the product lifecycle.
• Draft/negotiate licensing, platform, integration, and other technology agreements.
• Develop positions on AI/platform issues and guide stakeholders.
• Collaborate to deploy AI tools and embed legal guidance in workflows.
• Translate legal developments into actionable product/business guidance.
• Create AI-enabled tools to automate legal processes.
