Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Bar in good standing.
• 8+ years of significant experience in mass torts, including drug/medical device/consumer products.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating settlement documents; familiarity with settlement governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiations to program closure.
• Develop settlement structures, eligibility criteria, and claim resolution methodologies.
• Coordinate with plaintiffs’ counsel; draft, review, and finalize settlement-related documents.
