Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a broad docket of complex litigation matters including IP litigation, government investigations, contractual disputes and class actions.
• Oversee outside counsel strategy, budgets and day-to-day case management.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with company goals and risk tolerance.
• Present updates and trainings to non-lawyers clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Affairs, Commercial and Sales teams to gather facts and coordinate responses.
• Oversee discovery, motions, trials and mitigation metrics.
