Mondelēz International seeks a highly skilled Senior Counsel Litigation, US to lead the U.S. litigation program from East Hanover, New Jersey.

You will oversee complex matters, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide outside counsel to protect the company’s interests. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation experience, including in-house and top-tier firms, with a track record in IP, investigations, and commercial disputes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. license.
• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience in-house and/or at a leading firm.
• Experience advising on marketing materials, contracts, and IP disputes.

Responsibilities

• Lead broad docket of complex litigation including IP and class actions.
• Oversee outside counsel, case strategy, budgets and day-to-day management.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with company goals and risk tolerance.
