Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Legal Counsel for NA Ventures based in East Hanover, NJ. You will advise on advertising, marketing, contracts, IP, governance, and data privacy for Tate’s Bakeshop, Hu and Perfect Snacks, reporting to the NA Ventures Legal Lead.

Qualifications

• JD required; NJ bar eligibility or in-house NJ licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Act as legal counsel for NA Ventures on advertising, marketing, contracts, litigation, governance, IP, and data privacy.
• Partner with the NA Ventures Legal Lead to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business objectives.
• Provide training and build internal legal processes; manage outside counsel relationships.

Education

JD Degree from an accredited law school or equivalent international legal education.
