Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of a mid-to-large-sized organization.
Proven expertise in commercial contracting, privacy, technology, AI, intellectual property, corporate strategy, data governance, international operations, and/or highly regulated industries.
Experience working within a corporate parent company and across a family of affiliated entities.

Responsibilities

Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements—especially those involving the sale of technology, data, or service arrangements.
Provide real-time, business-focused commercial legal advice on complex commercial contracts and areas such as technology and privacy.
Collaborate across business units, compliance, and legal teams to identify issues, drive solutions, and complete commercial transactions.
Lead development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.
Anticipate legal issues and offer practical, innovative solutions in fast-paced and dynamic business environments.
