Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Business Legal team. The role covers governance, board support, and regulatory compliance across domestic and international entities.

The ideal candidate has a JD, US bar admission, 4+ years of experience, and demonstrates ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to at least one US state bar.
• 4+ years of relevant corporate law experience (firm or in-house).
• Experience advising senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance, board materials, and record-keeping.
• Support IPO readiness including securities law compliance.
• Coordinate periodic SEC filings and earnings materials.
• Support corporate transactions and deal closings.
• Manage subsidiaries and international entities.
• Develop internal corporate policies and governance programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Stock Administration, and Compliance.
