Job summary

Mobility Global in Reston, VA (preferred) or Remote seeks a seasoned attorney with 7–15 years governance and public company executive compensation experience to join its corporate legal team.

You will partner with executives and HR on compensation committee matters, board governance, equity and incentive plan design, and disclosures, supporting a $1.8 billion revenue business with 3,500 employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Deep expertise in cash- and equity-based compensation programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Executive Compensation & Disclosure – advise on compensation, equity plans, tax and governance.
• Draft and refine policies, guidelines, and forms aligning with engagement strategy and goals.
• Securities law, NYSE requirements, 409A, Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes–Oxley compliance.
• Governance – advise on committee agendas, minutes, and board independence.
