Mobility Global is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join its Global Legal, Risk & Compliance team, focusing on executive compensation governance and disclosure for a $1.8B revenue business with 3,500 employees.

You will partner with executives and HR to manage equity and cash compensation programs, securities disclosures, and related governance matters, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel. This is based in Reston, VA or remote within the United States.

Formación

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Active member in good standing of at least one State bar.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in cash- and equity-based compensation programs, including executive and broad-based incentive plans.
• Experience advising on equity award agreements, incentive plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.
• Experience advising on securities law, disclosure requirements, NYSE listing standards, and proxy advisor policies.
• Must be highly analytical with strong business and legal problem-solving skills.
• Ability to counsel internal clients with clear, concise, commercial advice within timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on all aspects of executive compensation, governance, and disclosure.
• Draft, implement and refine compensation plans and policies to align with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax codes, and NYSE requirements.
• Provide governance support to the Compensation Committee and board matters.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on compensation initiatives.
