Job summary

Mobility Global seeks an energetic attorney with 8–15 years in governance and executive compensation to join its corporate legal team. You will work with the executive and HR teams on compensation committee matters, disclosures, and related retirement and welfare plans while ensuring compliance with evolving securities and tax rules.

The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and offers growth across governance, disclosure, and regulatory initiatives within a global business with ~3,500

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional credentials and 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing cash- and equity-based compensation programs for governance.
• Strong knowledge of securities law, disclosure, and board governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of executive compensation, including governance, disclosure, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Governance best practices, committee materials, and board independence counsel.
• Design and administration of retirement and employee benefit plans and related compliance.
