Mobility Global is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel for Compensation & Benefits to lead executive compensation governance, disclosures, and related benefits programs. The role interfaces with executive and HR teams to align governance with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in top-tier law firms and in-house roles, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to counsel autonomously within a team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 8–15 years in governance and executive compensation practice.
• Experience advising on cash- and equity-based compensation programs and related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on executive compensation, disclosure, and governance issues under federal/state laws.
• Manage governance matters for compensation committee and board disclosures.
• Design and implement retirement and welfare benefit plans; oversee 401(k)s, health plans, and related compliance.
