The candidate will handle executive compensation disclosures and lead client-facing strategies for complex compensation programs.

The ideal hire has a JD, bar admission in the relevant state, and at least six years of related experience, with strong communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• JD degree required.
• Bar admission in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Handle public company executive compensation disclosures.
• Manage employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Oversee tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Develop executive employment and severance arrangements.
• Design equity and non-equity incentive plans.
• Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently.
