Confidential seeks a Senior Counsel, Assistant General Counsel focused on Environmental and Sustainability Policy and Strategy. You will lead the legal and policy agenda around environmental regulation, low-carbon fuels, carbon markets, and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires a JD, active bar membership, and at least 15 years in environmental policy with deep carbon market experience. You will advise cross-functional teams, engage regulators, and influence strategic business decisions

Responsibilities
