Qualifications

• J.D. degree with active Bar license in the U.S. state of residence.
• At least 5 years of legal experience in environmental attribute transactions, carbon markets, or renewable energy.
• Proven track record negotiating complex carbon agreements and VPPAs.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage environmental attribute transactions (carbon credits, VPPA, CALA) and related off-take agreements.
• Oversee and expand the Sustainability Exhibit within Salesforce's supply chain contracts.
• Advise the Impact Team and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives, external disclosures, and risk mitigation.
