Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Sustainability Corporate Counsel to support environmental attribute transactions and procurement initiatives. You will structure agreements, advise on risk, and partner with the Impact Team and Global Procurement Services to advance carbon credits, VPPAs, and renewable energy programs.

The role requires a J.D., active U.S. bar admission, and at least five years of experience in complex environmental transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active US bar admission in the state of residence.
• Minimum of five (5) years of legal experience focused on environmental attribute transactions, carbon markets, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage environmental attribute transactions (carbon credits, VPPAs, RECs, etc.).
• Advise on sustainability initiatives, disclosures, and risk mitigation for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Impact Team and Global Procurement Services to advance sustainability commitments.
