Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 4 years of attorney experience in law firm, government, military, or in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, business‑minded legal counsel to cybersecurity and data stakeholders.
• Support cybersecurity operations, incident response guidance and risk management aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks related to data use, privacy, emerging tech, and data governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and technical teams to develop practical solutions for novel issues.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments in cyber and data to inform decisions and risk strategies.
• Review relevant disclosures, regulatory filings, and executive reporting related to cybersecurity and data.

Education

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Active member in good standing of a state bar
