CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity & Incident Response, to partner with Security and cross-functional teams on cybersecurity preparedness, incident response, and regulatory compliance. You will advise during complex security events, preserve privilege, and guide matters from investigation through remediation and post-incident review.

You will draft communications for executives, customers, and regulators and shape governance, playbooks, and training to scale in a global cloud

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience including cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage complex cybersecurity matters with clear advice under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. breach notification requirements and related laws.
• Experience coordinating with security, privacy, IT, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice during cybersecurity incidents across lifecycle.
• Coordinate incident response with Security, Privacy, IT, Engineering, Product, Communications, and others.
• Oversee privileged investigations and interactions with regulators and law enforcement.
• Assess and communicate notification obligations under applicable laws and contracts.
• Develop and update incident response plans, playbooks, and tabletop exercises.
• Translate technical findings into actionable legal guidance for executives.
