Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity & Incident Response to partner with Security and cross-functional teams on incident preparedness and regulatory compliance. You will advise during complex security events, preserve privilege, and guide investigations from detection to remediation in a fast-moving cloud environment.

Reporting to the privacy and compliance leadership, you will craft communications for executives, regulators, and customers while strengthening governance, playbooks,

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in at least one US state.
• Experience advising on cybersecurity incidents.
• Knowledge of breach notification laws and privacy/regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting privileged investigations with outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal advice through the cybersecurity incident lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Security, Privacy, IT, Engineering, and leadership for incident response.
• Direct or support privileged investigations with outside counsel and forensic teams.
• Assess notification obligations under cybersecurity, privacy, data breach, and contractual laws.
• Draft executive updates, customer notices, and regulator communications.
• Develop incident response plans, playbooks, and tabletop exercises.
