• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active US bar status.
• 6–10+ years of legal practice, with top firm and in-house experience.
• Strong track record in commercial contracting and privacy compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, risk assessment and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews and negotiations of complex corporate agreements (customer, partner, NDA).
• Advise on privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA) and data protection policies.
• Support corporate governance and refine playbooks to scale operations.
• Manage vehicle incident claims and related litigation or dispute resolution.
• Handle EEOC, workers’ compensation, and general employment matters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Engineering to identify risks early.
